§ 02 · Services

Five ways
to be seen.

Clinic appointments, private visits, team contracts, video consults, or occupational health. Choose the format that fits the problem.

01

Clinic appointments

For what needs hands on it.

Fifty minutes for a first visit — history, load examination, dynamic assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan. Thirty minutes for a review.

Most injuries need three to six sessions. Some resolve in one. We plan the taper from day one so the treatment has a finish line.

02

Private visits

Ground-side, gym-side, home-side.

Some injuries only show up under load, in the actual environment where they happen. Paul will travel to your training ground, your gym, or your home to diagnose them there.

Particularly useful for fast bowlers, runners, and lifters whose symptom only emerges at the third set or the fifteenth over.

Team and athlete contracts

Season cover. Individual programmes. Physio mentoring.

Fixture-to-fixture cover for sports clubs and representative teams. Individual load-management programmes for elite athletes training toward a peak.

Mentoring for in-house team physios and S&C staff — particularly around bowling loads, stress-fracture prevention, and return-to-play planning.

Video consultations

For rural New Zealand and overseas.

Zoom or phone appointments for diagnosis, review, and return-to-play planning where a clinic visit is not practical. Particularly useful for expats, regional New Zealand athletes, and follow-ups during away tours.

You'll receive a written summary and a short video demonstrating the exercises, so nothing is lost between the call and the field.
